There are so many Festival Pageants to enjoy across our wonderful state of NC, and this year I was asked to judge the Miss Lincoln County Apple Festival pageant! I traveled to the town of Lincolnton, NC on August 14th. The pageant is actually held earlier than the festival activities, which took place on September 18th.
Fourteen contestants were vying for the coveted title of the 2010 Apple Queen! Nataleigh Hitt captured the crown after several categories of competition, which included interview, bathing suit and evening gown as well as an on stage question.
It was a pleasure to meet so many beautiful, talented and goal oriented young women!
