Even though I was only crowned Mrs South Carolina International a few weeks ago, I am now only two weeks away from one of my largest yearly fundraising events! I am hosting an all day dance event, culminating in a black-tie ball and Professional Ballroom and Latin dance show at the prestigious Ballantyne Resort hotel in Charlotte NC! As of now, over 200 tickets are sold and both Ballroom and Latin dance professionals and amateurs, as well as spectators are coming from across the SouthEast!
Rather than raising actual funds (as there are many other opportunities throughout the year to do that), I will be collecting adult and children's fiction books to fill the house's two on-site libraries.
