Thanks to Lynn Grayson, Director of Communication and Chrissy Malinch, Director of Development Go Red for Women, for allowing me to be part of such a wonderful event. Go Red Shopping Boutique, Red Hot Pursonality Silent Auction, Heath Screening and more kept everyone busy before the Education breakout sessions began. It's always good to learn what we can do to be heart healthier! Key note speaker, Devin Alexander ended with a great presentation on "you don't have to deprive yourself to be fit and healthy".
